This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working.

No, there are no limitations. You can manage as many support tickets or customers or support staff as you want.

Is it 100% self-hosted?

Yes, Fluent Support is 100% self-hosted. Fluent Support will not connect with any of our SAAS servers. You own the data, and your data should be hosted on your hosting server.

Is it GDPR compliant?

Yes, your data never goes to a different server like HelpScout, ZenDesk or Freshdesk. All the data will be saved and managed into WordPress.

Will it is a performance issue for WordPress?

Absolutely not! From the very first, We were careful about this. It stores all the related data in custom database tables, so it will not affect your WordPress database. We built the application with VueJS, and it’s only run when you go to the admin dashboard of Fluent Support. Also, The Admin UI is super-fast as It’s a SPA and communicates over ajax.

Fluent Support is great. If you use Fluent Forms and Fluent CRM like me, then this is the obvious choice. This is quite new plugin so I am sure will be grow in the funcionalities in the future. I am old Wordpress user and from my perpective I have trust only small range of Wordpress devs. WP Manage Ninja team is one of the best for me. Their products always have highest code quality. Their products are fast and stable - never had any issue with it on production sites. Keep the high level guys!

Their awesome Support ( beyond very detailed support documentation) is something that I must say, compelled me to come to a drop few lines. I was moving from a SAAS support of Freshdesk (who have added tons of features, but after getting listed became expensive too). I was apprehensive, that I would be a missing feature on Fluent Support, but upon testing, I was super happy. I got stuck on integration with Twilio, and the support team always responded within 24 hours and detailed instructions, which resolved the issue. I love their features, UI and UX and detailed documentation. all 5 stars to them.

I'm really enjoying the plugin, it's still early days. But as I know WP Ninja, they will add more functionality as they develop Fluent support. Just need a little more automation and integration with Fluent CRM, but I know it will come.

I purchased this plugin and installed it as a trial. I found it lacking several features and experienced some bugs. When I contacted the developer to request a refund, I was denied. Beware. I've switched to SupportCandy and couldn't be happier.
