and save. The chat bubble appears on your site instantly. Your agent answers from your

External services
This plugin connects your site to daita, a third-party AI service, to provide the
chat/voice assistant. This is required for the assistant to work.
- It loads the widget script from
https://daita-ai.com/embed.js. - When a visitor opens the chat, the widget sends their messages (and, only if you enable
voice, audio) together with your Workspace ID to the daita backend
(https://*.cloudfunctions.net) to generate replies. The widget also sends a one-time
per-session „heartbeat“ (your site’s hostname + Workspace ID) so you can confirm the
agent is installed. - No data is sent until a visitor interacts with the widget (the heartbeat aside).

/wp-content/plugins/(or install via Plugins Add New Upload). - Activate it through the „Plugins“ menu in WordPress.
- Go to Settings daita AI Agent.
- Paste your Workspace ID and click „Save & go live“.
