Buy it while it has lifetime licence and you will not regret it. People behind ZenCommunity are the same as behind StoreEngine and AcademyLMS. If how they improved these two plugins is indication how the ZenCommunity will evolve, we are in for an amazing ride. ZenCommunity has already a lot of good things. It has Groups, Feeds, Live chat (complete social media system), and on the top it has also Customer Support Ticketing system. It’s freaking All-in-one. It is integrated with AcademyLMS. Their customer service (fixing bugs, finding solutions for custom problems ON YOUR SERVER if you provide login) is amazing. They run their ticketing service on the ZenCommunity and it works. Right now there are some problems with templates (some problems with positioning of elements on mobile, you need to scroll left and right to see some elements and it doesn’t allow for the website headers and footers to appear on community pages or at least add button to go from community back to web, at least I didn’t found a way). Also, it needs better integration with StoreEngine membership system (to ensure that when someone buys membership it will add them to specified groups accessible only for those who buy it, and remove them when they don’t renew the membership). Even without this options it is already great plugin and I only expect it to get better.
