Installed „WP Last Modified“ version 0.1 with WordPress 4.3.1, and it works just fine. However, the meta tag may be obsolete (November 2015) as it uses the following format: <meta name="revised" content="timestampOfModificationHere" />. I created a question on StackOverflow to have a clarification stackoverflow.com/questions/33889445/is-html-meta-name-revised-valid-or-even-used

Trying out the plugin to get some mileage out of regular updating old posts. Great support from Rahul – quick response! He’s even helping look for a 3rd party plugin… how’s that!
