A simple plugin to separate categories from products within the WooCommerce archive loop.\nBy default the categories will be shown in a grid of 4 on desktop, three on tablet landscape, two on tablet portrait, and one on mobile.\nYou can easily override this behaviour using CSS.<\/p>\n\n\n

Using The WordPress Dashboard (Recommended)<\/h4>\n\n

  1. Navigate to the 'Add New' in the plugins dashboard<\/li>\n
  2. Search for 'EDH Shop Categories'<\/li>\n
  3. Click 'Install Now'<\/li>\n
  4. Activate the plugin on the Plugin dashboard<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    1. Download the plugin from WordPress or Github<\/li>\n
    2. Navigate to the 'Add New' in the plugins dashboard<\/li>\n
    3. Navigate to the 'Upload' area<\/li>\n
    4. Select edh-shop-categories.zip<\/code> from your computer<\/li>\n
    5. Click 'Install Now'<\/li>\n
    6. Activate the plugin in the Plugin dashboard<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

      1. Download edh-shop-categories.zip<\/code><\/li>\n
      2. Extract the plugin-name<\/code> directory to your computer<\/li>\n
      3. Upload the plugin-name<\/code> directory to the \/wp-content\/plugins\/<\/code> directory<\/li>\n
      4. Activate the plugin in the Plugin dashboard<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n

        Where are the settings?<\/h3><\/dt>\n

        There are no settings for this plugin. It simply outputs any sub-categories on a WooCommerce archive page prior to the product loop.<\/p><\/dd>\n

        How can I customise the layout?<\/h3><\/dt>\n

        Using CSS you can customise the layout to your needs by targeting the \"edh-product-cats\" class in the Customizer<\/p><\/dd>\n\n<\/dl>\n\n\n
