A while ago Facebook made the decision to switch from a 1-5 rating scale to either Positive or Negative recommendations. Unfortunately the NitroPack plugin was causing some issues with this plugin, and I am already committed to using NitroPack, so after some back and forth with Josh trying to fix the issues on my website (fast and helpful replies!) I eventually asked him for a refund on WP Slider Pro, which he provided immediately, no questions asked. Find the place ID of the biz and import the reviews. Total control over how reviews are shown. Only one complaint… after one of the version updates of this plugin, the next time we ran the ‚get reviews‘ it imports duplicates, which is time consuming to remove dupes. Would be nice if dev fixed that particular issue. It still deserves 5 stars, though.
