A simple plugin that you can use that will let your clients contact you from right on their dashboard. The email you get
from them will include a bunch of diagnostic info that you can use to help get an idea about the problem.
This includes:

- Server type (Apache / Ngnix)

Instalace
- Upload the plugin files to the
/wp-content/plugins/wpdashsupportdirectory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly. - Activate the plugin through the ‚Plugins‘ screen in WordPress
- Make sure to set your developer email in the general settings area
