Adds advanced filter options to the Media Library, attachment links to edit posts/ pages overview.

Media Library: Added option to filter the media items based on the post they are attached to and to re-attach them to another post, if required 
Posts and Pages: Direct access to all medias attached to a certain post via the context menu

- Upload
th23-media-gallery-extensionfolder to the/wp-content/plugins/directory - Activate the plugin through the ‚Plugins‘ menu in WordPress
