List and/or include sub-pages with meta option.

After installing and activating the plugin, add a custom field (meta) ‚is_summary‘
to a page and set to 1 to enable showing all its child pages (non-cascaded) after
the page itself.

## Instalace

This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working.

 1. Upload `summary-page.zip` to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
 2. Activate the plugin through the ‚Plugins‘ menu in WordPress
 3. Edit a page (with some child pages), add a custom field ‚is_summary‘ and set to
    1 to enable displaying all its child pages right after it.
