Craete and accordion from editor

For backwards compatibility, if this section is missing, the full length of the 
short description will be used, and
 Markdown parsed.

 * Install the plugin
 * A new icon will appear on the editor toolbar
 * Click on the icon to insert accrodion
 * Type in title and description on the box
 * Currently supports only one accordion per editor
 * Should delete the previous to add new (will be fixed soon )
