This plug-in used to be the better of the two options available for New Zealand (the other option being the one from ExtensionWorks). Sadly, this plug-in hasn't worked in well over a year. That includes the paid commercial version they have on woocommerce.com. As you can see here on Wordpress.org, it appears this plug-in is of a low priority to the developers. They haven't even bothered to update it compatibility data, and support questions go unanswered. Unfortunately, the option from ExtensionWorks is also broken, and has been for quite some time.

The NZ Post API has changed recently, any plans to update this plugin to work with the new API? Currently it doesn't work at all.

The free version only offers the most expensive and least desirable domestic shipping rate and no international rates: useless.

Great app that integrates perfectly with WooCommerce. The support team were brilliant as well. The app is full of features, does exactly what it states it does and is perfect for any business selling products in/from New Zealand.
