Hi-jacking the web users computer and putting an obvious banner which size ratio is built to attract the attention of the website visitor to voluntarily opt-in or opt-out is against the freedom of all users to visit a website. Hence, LIKE "You need to take action on this banner or else you won't view the website fully". The developers are unreliable and miss guided by a malicious mind and too much negative thinking! You will be banned base on a hunch not by reality and with no valid reason at all. It is like you are talking to a grade 1 pupil who cannot justify his or her actions! Note: Beware if someone replies to you with a positive one even though you put a negative review.
