It seems like it could be a good plugin and I wanted to like it but I could never get it to work right. After a while the user reviews wouldn't show and I couldn't figure out why. On pages with user reviews it wouldn't show the add review form (and then no reviews) and on other pages it would show the add-review form twice.
To be fair, I didn't try to reach out and get support for it. The plugin looks like it will do a lot more than what I need which is basic user reviews so I opted to use something else in the end.
