Easy School Registration is a tool to help you manage your school registrations. Add your teachers, waves/semesters and courses, open and close registration at specifed times, keep track of payments and other information in one place. The plugin was originally created for dance schools, but is applicable to all types of schools.

For dance schools, the system automatically pairs partners by their emails and keeps classes balanced. Students can be notified with customizable emails that are sent automatically.

The interactive registration form automatically checks if registration for the wave is open and does not allow registration before that time and date. The form can be customized to match the colors of your website.

Instalace

From your WordPress dashboard

  1. Visit Plugins > Add New
  2. Search for „Easy School Registration“
  3. Activate Easy School Registration from your Plugins page

Very handy for dance schools!

We have been using this plugin for several years now and it saves us tons of time in the whole registration process! The different features are perfect when organizing dance classes: having a quick overview to see what the numbers of leads and follows are, having access to all the details of the participants, easy access to transfer the data to excel. But the best part of it for us is sending out the automatic emails for each step in the process: registration, access to to the classes, payments and payment reminders! Recently we had our first 'problem' with the plugin but it was due to our own setup/ outdated versions and we were very much pleasantly surprised of the quick and thorough support we received! Thank you so much!
