Instalace
- Upload
clean-unused-shortcodes.phpto the/wp-content/plugins/directory - Activate the plugin through the ‚Plugins‘ menu in WordPress
- Navigate to tools then „Clean unused shortcodes“
- Choose you prefered post types to clean or use all, then hit clean.

I ran it on a site with a bunch of old shortcodes and it removed about half of them. The UI is not very intuitive as it just presents a blank screen while it's running. At the time I tried it, it had less than 10 installs, so I'm guessing it's a brand new beta and that's what I got.
